Hair Care, Hair Treatment

Pollution, Health Issues & Stress causes hair damages.
One more cause is Sunburn (UV rays).

Hair damage can be recovered by:

  • Hair Cleaning & Deep Cleaning:

The process of hair cleaning treatment typically involves the following steps:

Wetting the hair: Before applying any shampoo or cleansing product, the hair should be thoroughly wetted with warm water. The warm water helps to open up the hair cuticle, allowing the shampoo or cleansing product to penetrate more deeply.

Applying shampoo: Apply a small amount of shampoo to your scalp and hair, and massage gently with your fingertips for 1-2 minutes. Be sure to focus on the scalp, where most of the oil and dirt accumulate.

Rinsing: Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water to remove all the shampoo. Be sure to rinse until the water runs clear.

Applying conditioner: Apply conditioner to the ends of your hair, where it tends to be drier. Leave the conditioner on for 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water.

Drying: Squeeze out any excess water from your hair, and wrap it in a towel to remove excess moisture. Avoid rubbing your hair with the towel, as this can cause damage and frizz. Instead, gently pat your hair dry.

Where hair deep cleaning involves removing buildup from the scalp and hair to improve the overall health of the hair. Here is the process of a hair deep cleaning treatment:

Pre-treatment: The hair is brushed to remove tangles and any loose dirt or debris. A clarifying shampoo may be used to remove any buildup on the hair.

Scalp massage: The scalp is massaged to help loosen any dirt, debris, or product buildup.

Steam treatment: The hair is covered with a warm towel or placed under a steamer to help open up the hair cuticles and allow the deep cleaning treatment to penetrate deeply into the hair.

Application of deep cleaning treatment: A deep cleaning treatment, such as a clarifying shampoo or a scalp exfoliant, is applied to the hair and scalp. The treatment is left on for a specified amount of time, as directed by the hair specialist.

Rinse and Condition: The hair is then thoroughly rinsed to remove the deep cleaning treatment, and a conditioner is applied to rehydrate the hair.

Styling: Once the hair has been rinsed and conditioned, it can be styled as usual. It is important to note that hair deep cleaning should not be done too frequently, as it can strip the hair of its natural oils and cause dryness and damage.

  • Smoothing:
Hair smoothing treatment is a chemical treatment that is designed to straighten and smooth frizzy and curly hair, making it more manageable and easier to style. Here is the general process of a hair smoothing treatment:

Consultation: A consultation with a hair specialist will help determine the type of hair smoothing treatment that is suitable for your hair type and condition.

Preparation: Before the treatment begins, your hair will be washed and towel-dried.

Application of treatment: The hair smoothing treatment is then applied to your hair, section by section, from the roots to the ends. The treatment is left on your hair for a specific amount of time, as directed by the specialist.

Heat application: After the treatment has been applied, the hair is blow-dried and then flat-ironed at a high temperature to seal in the treatment and create a smooth, straight finish.

Neutralization: A neutralizing solution is then applied to the hair to stop the chemical process and lock in the results.

Rinse and condition: The hair is then thoroughly rinsed to remove any remaining treatment, and a conditioner is applied to rehydrate the hair.

Styling: Once the hair has been rinsed and conditioned, it can be styled as usual. It is important to note that hair smoothing treatments can be damaging to the hair, so it is important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your specialist to ensure the best possible results and minimize damage.

  • Nourishing:

Hair nourishing treatment is a treatment designed to restore and nourish the hair, leaving it healthier, shinier, and more manageable. Here is the general process of a hair nourishing treatment:

Heat application: Some nourishing treatments require heat application to help the treatment penetrate deeply into the hair. This can be achieved through the use of a hair steamer, a warm towel, or a heat cap.

Rinse and condition: After the treatment has been applied and allowed to sit for the recommended time, it is rinsed out of the hair. A conditioner may also be applied to rehydrate the hair.

Styling: Once the hair has been rinsed and conditioned, it can be styled as usual. It is important to note that hair nourishing treatments should be done regularly to maintain the health of the hair. The frequency of treatments will depend on your hair type and the condition of your hair.

In today's world most of the population is facing hair fall issues.
Let's see what are the major factors which affecting hairs.
According to experts following are some things which causes the hair fall issue.
  • 1) Using chemicals like detergent based shampoo, hair colors, hair styling gels etc.
Solution: First thing we should not run behind advertisements and select hair products. Try to remain attached with nature as much as possible. Use only which shampoo suits for your hair and try to minimize usage. The more spume the more detergent. Nobody will like to use but Shikakai (Soap pod) powder & Amla (Indian gooseberry) mixed in curd is unbeatable hair care formula. Hence use shampoo from market twice a week at max and wash out all shampoo properly using plenty of water. One day before washing give coconut / almond oil massage to your hairs. You might have noticed that there were very limited grey hairs before you started using hair colors, isn't it? All due to chemicals and this is dark truth of deadly competition between companies for expanding market share. Unfortunately most of companies does not care about silent side effects of their products. Once you have started using hair colors you can either minimize usage or if possible stop coloring hairs. Even you can use some mehndi (henna) type water based hair colors. BE WISE DON'T GET FOOLED PUPPET OF BILLION DOLLAR HAIR CARE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURER.
  • 2) Some times illness and some medicines causes hair loss.
Solution: Such a hair loss is generally temporary. Hair fall up to 6 months is most of the times natural process, but if there is extensive hair fall or more than 6 months then there is some problem which need to be examined.
  • 3) Pollution like dust, sunburn affecting your hair health making them dry & damaging them.
Solution: While going out on bike cover your hairs to protect from dust on polluted roads and also protect your hairs from strong afternoon sunlight.
  • 4) Using helmet without proper care.
Solution: I am not against using helmet, in fact it's most important than our topic of hair care. when we will give priority to protect our head then only there is use of hair care. But some basic things need to follow while using helmet. When we cover our head with helmet for long time hair damaging sweat with waste salts. So avoid using helmet all time covered your hairs, take a halt of 5-10 minutes from long rides. Remove your helmet dry your hairs with cloth. let your hair feel some fresh air at the same time you can drink some water, check your necessary phone calls and messages. Then wear helmet and proceed further....
  • 5) Not taking proper care before and after hair wash.
Solution: Avoid using hair dryer regularly because it affects natural glow of hair and make them dull dry. Use cotton towel to dry your hairs. Always remember doing comb without drying hair properly will cause problems of scalp like dandruffs as well as sores and scabs on scalp.
  • 6) Dandruffs & Wrong Lifestyle also causing hair loss.
Solution: As discussed earlier topic give time to nourish hairs and dry hairs properly after wash to prevent external cause of dandruffs. Also some shampoo in market gives temporary relief from dandruffs. But many times there is internal cause behind dandruffs. Like problem with your digestion system....Your diet, your alcohol intake, junk food, stale food, you body sweat etc. Try to wake up early, daily give 60 minutes to your self only do morning walk, some exercise & meditation at least 15 minutes, eat healthy food only, drink plenty water, learn the skill of staying happy in all situations without getting panic, take meals on time, though its difficult but try to maintain 2 hours distance between dinner and bed time. Sleep before 10.30pm THIS WILL NOT ONLY SOLVE YOUR HAIR PROBLEMS BUT ALSO ALL YOUR HEALTH ISSUES. YOUR MENTAL HEALTH WILL EXCELLENT WHICH IS ESSENTIAL IN SUCCESS IN BUSINESS AND JOB.
  • 7) Some hair loss are genetic
Solution: This type of hair loss is genetically transferred from our parents to us. But with proper care we can reduce intensity and We may postpone the period of baldness.
